Scottish Co-Op Exhibition: At the Cornerstone of the Scottish Community
This new exhibition has been developed to highlight the work by the team on creating the new Scottish Co-operative Discovery Centre at the old co-op bakery building in West Calder.
The exhibition tells the story of the Scottish Co-operative Movement and displays items associated with the co-op in West Lothian and beyond including commemorative objects and items that would have been sold in store.
Help required!
The Scottish Co-operative Discovery Centre team need your help.
They are looking for your stories and memories of the co-op or if you have any photos or objects connected to the co-op that you might consider donating.
If you can help, please email museums@westlothian.gov.uk. Thank you. 😊
